Mila has been nominated for 14 Emmy Awards, has taken home nine, and been awarded the New York Film Festival Silver Medal for excellence. Clients have included PBS, HGTV, The Food Network, Animal Planet, Discovery, USA, MSNBC, The SyFy Channel, and the Disney Channel. Her experience includes reality, documentary, entertainment, history, and food programming. Mila attended Smith College and graduated from Boston University.
Tyler began his television career as a reporter for KING TV in Seattle. He has executive produced high-rated series, and written and produced pilots, documentaries, and specials for a wide range of television networks including NBC, ABC, History Channel, HGTV, Food Network, and PBS. He has won many awards for his work including a Peabody Award, eight Emmys, and a Gabriel Award. He was also Creative Director for some of Silicon Valley's most important product rollouts. Tyler is a graduate of Princeton University.

Avelino is currently the Director of Development for JOHLT Productions. A successful player in the television industry for over 15 years, he has produced 100s of hours of quality television in genres of docu reality, lifestyle, makeover, food, studio, talk, advertising, and radio. Pombo has launched several successful offices across the country. He interfaces directly with network executives and is responsible for developing, creating and selling original prime time programming and re-tooling old shows for success. He is responsible for discovering and fostering new break-out talent that include HGTV, FOOD, BRAVO, TLC, DIY and various other networks.
Executive in Charge of Production
Michelle has been a part of the entertainment industry for over 20 years. Her first major role was as Production Coordinator for the series Movie Memories with Debbie Reynolds for A&E. Throughout the 1990's, she worked on both scripted television and independent films as Assistant Director, Production Manager and Line Producer. In 2000 she segued into reality television as the Line Producer on Thunderbox for ABC, a multi-camera series incorporating Pro Boxing with rock concerts at venues throughout the United States.
Prior to joining JOHLT Productions, Michelle was VP of Production at New Dominion Pictures where she oversaw over 200 hours of such high profile series such as A Haunting, The FBI Files, The New Detectives, Indy Car Racer and Interpol Investigates, as well as numerous Movies of the Week. Michelle has worked on projects for many networks including the Discovery Channel, National Geographic, TLC, Animal Planet and the History Channel. Most recently, she was the Supervising Producer on Out of Egypt, a six part special shot in 12 countries for the Discovery Channel.
Michelle has experience in all aspects of television production including finance, budgeting, cost control, and management. She manages the daily production and operations of JOHLT Productions, as well as hiring, scheduling and budgeting for current series.
Michelle is a member of both the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Producers Guild of America.
